Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order under certain conditions as outlined in this policy. Cancellation is subject to the order status at the time of your request.

2. When You Can Cancel

• Before order confirmation: You may cancel freely before receiving an order confirmation notification.
• After confirmation, before dispatch: You may request cancellation by contacting support. Cancellation is at our discretion and may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
• After dispatch: Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or request a return after delivery instead.

3. How to Cancel

1. Log in to your AkBaat account and navigate to Order History.
2. Select the order you wish to cancel and tap "Cancel Order."
3. If the cancel option is not available (order already dispatched), contact our support team.
4. Alternatively, contact us by phone at 0370-1733771 or email at akbaatofficial@gmail.com.

4. Cancellation Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been dispatched to our suppliers or delivery partner.
• Partial cancellation of individual items within an order may not be possible if the order has been processed as a whole.
• Cancellation of pre-ordered or custom package items may have different conditions as specified at the time of order placement.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If you cancel before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
• For COD orders, no payment has been collected, so no refund is needed.
• For orders with future online payment methods, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• There is no cancellation fee.

6. Cancellation by AkBaat

We may cancel orders under the following circumstances:

• Product unavailability with our suppliers
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse
• Delivery to addresses outside our service area
• Repeated non-payment or refusal of COD orders
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payments collected will be refunded in full.

7. Account Misuse

• Frequent cancellations or refusal of delivery may result in your COD privileges being suspended.
• Repeated non-payment of COD orders may result in account suspension.
• Fraudulent cancellation patterns may result in permanent account termination and, where applicable, legal action.
