We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records under Pakistani law, which require retention of transaction records for a minimum period).

Order records may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for analytics purposes after personal data deletion.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure database access controls, and authentication systems.
