- Order history linked to your account (personal identifiers removed)
- Favorites and preferences
- Push notification tokens
- App usage data linked to your user ID
4. Data We Retain
Certain data may be retained after account deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records: Order details (without personal identifiers) may be retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by Pakistani tax and commercial regulations.
- Fraud prevention: Records of fraudulent activity or policy violations may be retained to prevent future abuse.
- Legal obligations: Data may be retained if required by court order, legal proceedings, or regulatory requirements.
- Aggregated analytics: De-identified, aggregated data (e.g., total orders per month) may be retained for business analytics.
5. Processing Timeline
- We will acknowledge your deletion request within 2 business days.
- Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of identity verification.
- You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete.
- Some data (as described in Section 4) may be retained beyond this period for legal compliance.
6. Consequences of Deletion
Please be aware that deleting your data will:
- Permanently delete your account and you will not be able to access order history or saved addresses.
- Remove all loyalty points, credits, or promotional balances associated with your account.
- Not affect any pending or in-progress orders, which will be fulfilled normally.
- Not affect anonymous data that cannot be linked back to you.
7. Google Play Store Compliance
In compliance with Google Play Store developer policies, users of the AkBaat mobile application may request deletion of their account and associated data. Our data handling practices comply with Google Play requirements for data safety, transparency, and user control.
